About

This Home

Great bones, a wood-burning fireplace, in a 1970s wardrobe in need of a "stylist." This 2 bed, 2 bath ranch with a walkout basement in Portage Lake Resort is ready for its comeback story. Treed corner lot with Dexter schools, about 1,100 sq ft on the main level, including a kitchen with serious vintage swagger, plus roughly 800 finished below and a 1-car attached garage. Step out onto the back deck, hang out on the screened front porch, or take the basement out to its own patio. The roof and furnace are newer, the well has been updated, water test came back clear (waiting on official T.O.S approval). An estate sale and a time capsule. The lower bathroom is not ready for its close-up. Plan on a new toilet, vanity, and shower. Everything else is a canvas. This listing is for the home (sitting on .18 acres). The home is also listed along with the adjacent .5-acre lot, which is also each listed separately as vacant land. Sold as-is. Bring your vision and give this one its soul back.
